Songs For The Birds is The Perreze Farm's debut offering. For it, Joe Perreze gathered the backup of musicians Graham Lindsey and Joe Frankland of Slackeye Slim. Tinged with everything from clawhammer banjo, fiddle and Telecaster to three part harmonies, foot stomps and lead pipes, the songs were spaded out over a few weekends in The Farm's hometown of Anaconda, Montana. Written, composed, and performed by Joe Perreze and recorded, mixed, and mastered by Joe Frankland in April of 2009 in the Coldwater Mansion of Anaconda, Montana.
