I have an ever evolving list of Desert Island projects. Bless This Mess is on that list. I still get goose bumps when I hear "Murder of Crows" One of my regrets in Life is that I didn't drive up that snowy pass to load these fine humans in my truck when they had their tour mishap in Colorado a few years back.

It would be a mistake to only listen to this during the holidays. I think that this album is a wonderful Brown Bird album on its own and shouldn't be brushed aside just because it's a Christmas album. I don't even like Christmas music, but this is fantastic.
